Support the flourishing of Lord Caitanya’s Kṛṣṇa consciousness movement...
His Grace Sri Madana Gopāla Dāsa possesses a unique cultural background that often intrigues those he meets. Although he has lived in the United States since his college years and speaks with a predominantly American accent, his Kenyan roots remain a distinctive part of his identity. Born and raised in Kenya, he emigrated to the States in 1993, bringing with him a rich heritage that bridges three continents.
His spiritual trajectory was set at the age of 14 during a formative family trip to Mumbai. Due to an unexpected flight delay, Sri Madana Gopāla and his grandmother were hosted by the airline at a hotel near the Juhu ISKCON temple. It was here that a chance encounter with a book distributor introduced him to the teachings of His Divine Grace Srila A.C. Bhaktivendanta Swami Prabhupada, the founder-ācārya of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness.
View MoreOur mission is to support the flourishing of Lord Caitanya's Kṛṣṇa consciousness movement as given to the world by Śrīla Prabhupāda, by helping devotees come closer to the holy name, more deeply embrace the processes of bhakti he taught, and draw closer to one another in genuine spiritual community.
A short introduction or subtitle can go here to explain the lineage.
H.H. Satsvarupa das Goswami is a writer, artist and spiritual master in the Gaudiya Vaisnava sampradaya. He is one of the first disciples of A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada who founded the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON), also known in the Western countries as the Hare Krishna movement.
His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada (1896-1977), the founder - acarya of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON), was the foremost proponent and teacher of Krishna consciousness—devotional service to the Supreme Person, Krishna—of the late twentieth century.
Bhaktisiddhanta Saraswati Thakura (1874–1936), the spiritual master of A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, was a lifelong celibate and a powerful teacher of Bhakti. He was extremely intelligent and excelled in math, astronomy, Sanskrit, and other languages. The University of Calcutta offered him a chair, but he declined so that he could dedicate his life to continuing the spiritual work of his father, Bhaktivinoda Thakura.

In today’s world, we upgrade everything, our phones, our skills, even our identities online. But there’s one thing we rarely question: who we actually are.
Look at your own life. You’ve had a child’s body, a teenager’s body, and now an adult body.Every cell has changed, your thoughts have evolved, your roles have shifted. Yet something constant has remained.
The same “I” that experienced childhood is still present today.
This is where ancient wisdom becomes surprisingly relevant. You are not the body. You are the conscious self, the observer, the experiencer, the unchanging awareness behind all the change. This isn’t just philosophy. It explains why external success alone never fully satisfies us. If we were only physical beings, material upgrades would be enough. But they’re not. Because at our core, we are spiritual beings having a temporary human experience.
